Save $1000's on Swoopo by Avoiding 2 Silly BidButler Mistakes
When I'm watching Swoopo auctions (like you learned in Lesson 1) and observing the actions of other Swoopo bidders, I see two simple mistakes new bidders make again and again...and again.
Thankfully, they are easy to avoid once you know what you're doing. And you'll save hundreds of bids that will come in handy when you're gunning for your first win.
Silly Mistake #1: Bidding Above 10 Seconds
The fastest way to lose money on Swoopo is to cast bids when the clock is above 10 seconds (especially when other BidButlers are involved).
Here's why...
BidButlers are programmed by Swoopo to bid at a random time between 10 seconds and 1 second left on the auction clock. Swoopo has BidButlers work this way so other Swoopo bidders don't know when the BidButler will trigger.
If you submit a bid when the clock is OVER 10 seconds, you're not waiting long enough to see if a BidButler will bid.
It's wasteful and it won't get you any closer to your goal of winning the auction.
Silly Mistake #2: Getting in a BidButler Battle
I've seen it hundreds of times...a new Swoopo bidder figures out how to use the BidButler tool and sets it to spend 10 or 20 bids on an auction. Then they watch in horror as:
- Their BidButler runs out of bids almost instantly
- The auction clock soars to 10 or 15 minutes
- They are no longer the high bidder
What did they do wrong?
Before setting a BidButler, observe how many other bidders are in an auction and how many are using a BidButler. If there's a BidButler that's been active in an auction for 50 or more bids....wait! Instead of setting a BidButler, wait for other bidders to run that BidButler out of bids.
Then, when you're ready to jump into the auction, use "BidButler Layering" to test the waters and see if other BidButlers are currently set in an auction.
